RQT and Early Careers Teachers SUPPORT PROGRAMME 2017-2018 – WORKING TOGETHER TO DEVELOP OUTSTANDING PRACTICE

This programme is designed to build a learning network based upon working with our SLEs, observing them teach and the use of lesson studies.

It also it also offers access to our unique Professional Partner Programme.

This allows each RQT and early career teacher bespoke support from a named, experienced senior leader within our member schools.  Access to this opportunity will be ongoing throughout the year.

FEEDBACK ON a previous PROFESSIONAL PARTNER PROGRAMME (RQT PROGRAMME)

"Utterly brilliant. An outside pair of eyes with no pressure. I've observed lessons and I'm having observation inclusion of my own. I'm really looking forward to it."

"I'd highly recommend people take up the offer (of the Professional Partner Programme). It's had a great effect on my practice."

"Nice to create a dialogue with an impartial person who also has the experience to provide support and advice."

PARTICIPANTS WILL GET TO SEE SLE COLLEAGUES AT WORK, TEACHING THEIR CLASSES AND BE ABLE TO DISCUSS THE LEARNING WITH THEM.

"...lessons were helpful in the way they were so different but both examples of good teaching/learning. Their relaxed, friendly approach made the day a lot more enjoyable and valuable."
